I wish I was in Bali… so I made this tropical Passionfruit and Pineapple Margarita just so I can feel like I am in paradise.
90mls @casamigos Reposado
30mls citronage @patron orange
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 pieces of frozen pineapple
Mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed for around 30 seconds.
Add 90mls @schweppesaus sugar free agrum citrus blend and the pulp of one passionfruit.
Stir all ingredients together and serve with a dramatic passionfruit Garnish.
Result: A little sweeter than I would normally like but I drank it.
