Exotic Dragon Fruit Margaritas. Yesterday, I went to the @dandenongmarket and picked up a box of dragon fruit for $5 and limes at $2.49 a kilo…so here is something a little different for your Sunday afternoon.

Recipe:

60mls @sesion Reposado tequila…
60mls strawberry Liqueur
90mls of freshly squeezed lime juice
Fruit of one large dragonfruit.

How to:
Remove fruit from the skin and place in thermomix for 8 seconds, speed 4. Poor fruit into a cocktail shaker and add the remaining ingredients and some ice. Shake vigorously until mixed.

Result: This is very tasty, tropical margarita that blended all the ingredients very very nicely
