Ginger Jack

It’s Mezcal Monday and I have made a delicious variation to the Jack Fruit Margarita I created yesterday. This is the ‘Ginger Jack’
Recipe:

90mls @xicaru_mezcal 

30mls @grandmarnierusa 

90mls freshly squeezed lime juice

5 pieces of frozen Jack Fruit.

3 slices of fresh ginger.

I Mixed all ingredients together with some ice in my thermomix for 1 minute, speed 9.

Chilli salt from @gewurzhaus

Result: Now, that is what I am talking about…this one raised the roof at MM Hq….
