Strawberry Vanilla reduction:

1 cup strawberries quartered

2 cups water

1/4 cup caster sugar

1 Teaspoon Heilala Vanilla bean paste

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Reduce heat until the liquid is halved.

Allow to cool in and place the strawberries and Reduction into a sealed container in the fridge.
