It is Thirsty Thursday and I am ‘Barbados Dreaming’.
Here is the recipe for this subtropical margarita:
3 parts @901tequila Blanco.
1 part @stgermaindrinks Elderflower Liqueur.
3 parts freshly squeezed Ruby pink grapefruit juice.
2 parts @mineralspringsco Sparkling Pink Grapefruit mineral water.
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice.
Maldon Sea Salt Flake rim.
Result: Sour and semi-sweet at the same time.
