3 parts Sioux City Prickly Pear.

1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice.

3 parts @sanpellegrino_official

Good splash of @australianbitters Grapefruit bitters

Result: A perfect mocktail for me. My neighbour added 1/2 part @hendricksgin 😉
