Apple and Cinnamon Syrup

Apple & Cinnamon Syrup:

1 large Granny Smith Apple cut into slices.

300 mls water.

1/4 cup white sugar.

1 tablespoon cinnamon.


Place all ingredients into a saucepan.


Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until the liquid reduces to around half.


Strain the liquid into a container and refrigerate overnight.
