Cucumber, Mint & Coconut Margarita

Here is how it’s done:

1/3 cup @1800tequila .

1/3 cup triple sec.

1/2 Lebanese cucumber (peeled and cubed).

15 large mint leaves.

2 cups @h2coco coconut water.

I mixed all the ingredients together along with some ice in @thermomixaus for 1 minute on speed 9. For the mocktail version, simply leave out the tequila and triple sec.

Result: A healthy way to satisfy your margarita habit or to enjoy an alcohol free day!
