Lemon Curd Martini’s

My Saturday afternoon project was making amazing lemon curd (butter)

And now have added it to a delicious martini. For one I used:
60ml @gordonsginuk lemon gin
30ml Dry vermouth
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Barspoon homemade lemon butter (Click here for recipe)
Ice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and …. enjoy x
