
A very very delicious Umami Martini … just in time for #worldginday
I just love the flavour combination of gin and tomato. Kumato tomatoes are deeeeelicious so I have created a few simple delicious ideas for savoury martini lovers.
60ml @gordonsginuk (either infused with kumato tomatoes for 3 days or muddled for immediate use)
15ml @regalrogue Daring Dry Vermouth
15ml Olive Brine
5 ice cubes.
Serve with stuffed olives and a perfectly dehydrated tomato slice.
This is my #umami heaven
