I used:
50ml Manly Spirit Coastal Gin
15ml Blue Curaçao
30ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with dehydrated ruby grapefruit
