‘My Mother’s Day Spritz’

I have mixed up the most incredibly delicious lower alcohol (and lower sugar/calorie) Spritz (4.9% ABV) that has just blown my tastebuds way!

I have used @lyresspiritco Italian Spritz. It is a lovingly crafted non-alcoholic spirit and I used it to replace some of the alcohol in this spritz without compromising on taste in any way. You can probably tell that I am a bit excited about this!

I used:

90ml Italian Prosecco
60ml @lyresspiritco Italian Spritz
30ml Soda Water
Squeeze of Fresh Orange Juice

I served this absolute deliciousness over ice with homemade dehydrated blood orange and homegrown rosemary and edible flowers.
