Clockworked Pink

THIRSTY THURSDAY: ‘Clockworked Pink’

Today’s incredibly delicious sip was inspired by my January 2020 visit to @tomtom

I wanted to recreate their own ‘Clockwork Pink’

I used:
Mezcal
Cointreau
Lemon-jalapeño shrub syrup
Frozen Pink dragonfruit
Fresh jalapeños slice
Aquafaba
Lemon juice

Muddle the dragonfruit and jalapeño. All all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice & Shake very vigorously until combined

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass
