‘Snow Pea Martini’

I used:
60ml @thebotanistgin
15ml @maisonnoillyprat
5 drops celery bitters
8 fresh snow Peas
5 small ice cubes

Muddle peas in a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and shake vigorously to combine

Place a clear ice cube into your favourite coupe #cubesincoupes and double strain liquid into glass

Garnish with homegrown snow peas
