Passionfruit Martini
I used:
60ml Gin
15ml Lillet
Homemade Passionfruit Syrup to taste
Passionfruit pulp to taste
30ml Aquafaba
You know the drill: place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very vigorously until your tuckshop arms can’t shake anymore
Place a large ice cube into a fabulous thrift shop cocktail glass. Double strain the cocktail into the glass. Wait for the foam to settle. Gently place half a Passionfruit into the foam.
Quickly photograph! Then, enjoy
