Fire up Coconut

‘Fire up Coconut’

I used:
45ml White Rum
15ml pineapple and coconut liqueur
15ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
15ml coconut milk
5ml homemade red chilli syrup*

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.

Rim glass with shredded coconut. Double strain the cocktail into glass and garnish with extra chilli and lime.
