‘Burnt Butter and Sage Gnocchi’

Sounds Fancy. Looks Fancy. But it is ridiculously easy and even more ridiculously delicious!

To make the butter sauce, I just melted 125 grams of @mainlandnz butter in a pan with about 15 fresh sage leaves and the zest of one lemon.

To Cook the fresh glorious gnocchi, bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Place the gnocchi in the boiling water ….when it rises to the top, it is ready.

Drain the gnocchi, and place in a large saucepan with the butter mix and gently sauté until the gnocchi is slightly browned.

And that’s it. Serve with more fresh sage. Because it’s delicious
