‘Sheepish Spice’
This recipe was inspired by a delicious aromatic spice liqueur, a gift from my friend Jen @sheepishjen ! .
I used:
60ml The Botanist Gin
7.5ml sukkah hill Besamim aromatic spice liqueur
7.5ml Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
30ml lime juice
7.5ml sugar free dragonfruit syrup
30ml Aquafaba .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foam is created
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the glorious foam to settle and garnish with a dianthus
