Christmas with @amuletgin
My friends @thepatronsaintofgin and @onedrinkaday in collaboration with @lordbyrondistillery have created a very delicious gin.
Amulet Gin is made in Byron Bay on a neutral cane spirit in small batches.
Amulet features classic juniper and chamomile flowers freshened with orange peel and enriched with vanilla bean.
Amulet is handmade and bottled in Bryon Bay using local ingredients.
I have simply served it with tonic and garnished with freshly frozen red currants.
