‘Foaming Fantastic’
I used:
45ml Mezcal
15ml Blood Orange Liqueur
15ml Lime juice
45ml Blood orange and orange juice
Homemade ginger syrup to taste
30ml Aquafaba .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake ridiculously vigorously until foam is created
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice
