I think I just made it in time for #nationalmezcalday
I used:
- 45ml Mezcal
- 15ml Cointreau
- 30ml Fresh blood orange juice
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- Homemade cinnamon syrup (to taste)
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined
Rim your favourite cocktail glasses with Ceylon Cinnamon Sugar and fill with clear ice. Double strain cocktail into glasses
Garnish with flowers. Flowers pictured are not edible
