Please enjoy my spicy tequila bramble created with:
45ml Silver Tequila
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Blue Curaçao…
Homemade Jalapeño syrup to taste
Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker (except Curaçao) and shake until well combined
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass that has been filled with crushed ice. Float the Curaçao slowly over the ice..
Don’t pour the float as quickly as I did … this is a float fail! Garnish with fresh blackberry, raspberry, edible flower and a slice of jalapeño
