Pineapple is Perfect.
I used:
45ml White rum infused with pineapple
15ml sugar free triple sec
30ml Lime Juice
60ml pineapple and coconut soda @bundabergdrinks .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined
Serve over ice and generously over garnish with mint, dehydrated pineapple and pineapple frongs. Include a paper straw. .
