Melbourne Gin Fizz
I have created this stunning Fizz with Melbourne Ingredients. A quick overview:
Melbourne Gin Co is a classic Gin that is hand crafted, batch distilled and non chill filtered.
Vantage Australia is a Australian botanical spirit infused w/ Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian pepper & Australian mandarin oil. Based in Mornington.
Roof top bees honey is made by Beekeepers with a vision of bringing bees back to the city and the suburbs of Melbourne. The aim is to be part a global effort to help save the honey bee from the various threats of disease and human habitation.
To create the Fizz I used:
- 45ml Gin
- 15ml Vantage Australia
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 1 good bar spoon of honey
- 20ml Aquafaba
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute.
Garnish is cherry blossom which is in full bloom in Melbourne right now!
