15mls Cointreau
60mls Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Drink
15mls freshly squeezed lime juice
10mls homemade mint syrup.
Place all ingredients (except the soda) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Stir in soda.
Pour into your favourite cocktail glasses and garnish with mint
