Recipe:
45mls Reposado Tequila
15mls @aperolspritzofficial
50mls freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
10mls unsalted Aquafaba .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around 1 minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Sprinkle homemade pink caster sugar on the foam when it settles and garnish with mint.
Result: I love everything about this cocktail! The bitterness is somewhat counteracted by the tiny amount of sugar sprinkle
