And what a difference a day can make! I am back in Melbourne and it’s 15 degrees and raining. I have created my version of a fruit tingle cocktail so I still feel like I am still relaxing in the tropical sunshine.

25mls Blue Curaçao
Dash of grenadine
Sugar free lemonade to fill the glass.
Result: it could have used a really good dash of freshly squeezed lime
