Raicilla is a distilled spirit, originating in the southwestern portion of the Mexican state of Jalisco. Like tequila and mezcal, it is a product of the agave plant. It is most commonly created with lechuguilla agave. Estancia is fragrant and fruity. (Wikipedia)
