Amaro Week @amaroweek is slowly creeping up on us! This is another global event being organised by Mike @mmydrinks and it will be held 21-27th August! I am in training and here is my delicious Mezcal variation.
Recipe:
30mls @delmagueymezcal
30mls @amaro_montenegro
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
30mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
How to: place all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Double Strain into your favourite cocktail glass.
Result: Smoked Bitterness, just how I like it!
