Just the other day, Natalie from @beautifulbooze shared a recipe from her @brides collaboration… ‘The Dragon Bramble’ Natalie mixed it up with Gin, however, she suggested to me that this recipe would also work with tequila…challenge accepted (with the ingredients I had on hand)
Recipe
1.5 oz. Reposado tequila
½ cup frozen dragon fruit
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. blueberry concentrate
I placed all ingredients in my Thermomix for 30 seconds on speed nine. Rim glass with @saltypaloma Fiesta and strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with an oversized flower from your garden.
Result: I would walk down the aisle for this one
