60mls @patron Citronage
60mls lemon juice
Murray River Pink Salt flake rim
Result: A perfect afternoon Thyme cocktail
* I infused 200mls reposado tequila with 1/3 cup of Lemon Thyme Herbal tea leaves for 72 hours.
