A Double sided tiki glass full of my Jack Fruit Quince Margarita:
Recipe:
90mls @casamigos Reposado Tequila
30mls Triple Sec
90mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
30mls @theshrubberyllc Quince Bay Laurel Shrub
5 pieces of frozen Jack Fruit.
How to: Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high speed for around 30 seconds. Rim glass with chilli salt and serve.
Result: Wow! The flavour from this shrub is really something very special!!!! Yummo
