60ml Coconut Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Cointreau
1/4 cup Frozen Dragonfruit
Excellent Dash of @elguapobitters Love potion bitters
Start by muddling the Dragonfruit in your cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and ice and shake vigorously until combined
Triple strain (if you want to remove all the little black pips)
Serve with a slice of homemade dehydrated Dragonfruit
