I have created an absolutely delicious Skinny Pink Margarita that is just perfect for the Spring Racing Carnival

Recipe (Makes one)

25mls blanco tequila
15mls @cointreau_officiel
25mls freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
15mls Pink Grapefruit Soda Syrup
A couple of drops of grapefruit Bitters
20mls Aquafaba

How to:
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute. Double strain into your favourite champagne glass that has been rimmed With Cyprus Salt. Salud!
