I went to the @fitzroymarket today and picked up some @dirtydougsessentials marmalade that is crafted with @fourpillarsgin Shiraz Gin.

I have mixed it up into a delicious Mezcal Margarita.

Recipe:
50mls @delmagueymezcal Vida Mezcal
25mls @cointreau_officiel
75mls freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon marmalade
Nutmeg Orange sugar rim

Result: This really is absolutely delicious
