Friday night smoothness with a ‘La Chinata de Don Chuy’.
Recipe:
3 parts Autentico de don chuy Mezcal Reposado.
1 part Damiana.
3 parts freshly squeezed lime juice.
1 part lime Shrub.
@lachinatasmokedpaprika dulce sweet infused with @gewurzhaus Murray river pink salt rim.
Result: Autentico has rich, smooth flavour and I found it not as smokey in flavour as some mezcal’s. It paired perfectly with the sourness of the lime and Shrub. This one is not for the sweet cocktail lover.
